Title: Apprentice Installer

Salary: $40,000

Reports to: Production Manager/General Manager

Summary of position:

Provides Re-Bath customers with courteous, professional and technically correct installations of Re-Bath products and services. This includes loading and unloading trucks, demolition, installation, problem solving, and customer service

Duties:

• Assist Lead Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customer’s homes
• Maintain company issued tools, vehicles, resources and materials in an orderly, safe fashion
• Become an expert and resource for all product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries
• Assist in inventory check lists for jobs to ensure accurate on time installations
• Generate positive customer reviews
• Be willing and able to accept feedback, direction and instruction
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner
• Ability to learn and master the Re-Bath installation process
• Attention to detail, highly organized, strong work ethic with ability to think strategically on solving problems
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments
• Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 50 pounds
